Angela Forss Schmit

Angela Forss Schmit graduated from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Entrepreneurship. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2011. Ms. Schmit is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Nebraska.

Prior to joining Adams & Sullivan in 2013, Ms. Schmit practiced in Denver, Colorado at a boutique family law firm specializing in complex, high asset divorces and nontraditional family matters. Her current practice focuses on representation of individuals and employers in multiple areas of civil litigation, including family law, labor and employment matters as well as business transactions and disputes. Ms. Schmit is also dedicated to growing her family law practice to focus on adoption law, providing rigorous and supportive counsel to families during the most critical moments in the life of a family.
